Tradition has its place…we seem to be moving too fast these days and it may be hard to remember what is important. Sort of like Alice in Wonderland and the Red Queen with having to run as fast as we can to stay in place…and hving to run twice as fast to get ahead. Tradition can help us to understand what is important. But, on the flip side, just because something has been done a certain way, and it worked back then, doesn’t mean it should always be done that way. We have to move forward. It should be a matter of discernment, finding out what we need to keep and what we need to improve on.
