When it comes to movies, everyone has their own opinions on what’s good, what’s not, and what they’d like to see again. We explore another idea, what movies would we like to see re-done, with anthropomorphic characters, rather than humans?

When I was younger, my favorite anthromorphic story would probably be the Redwall novel series, as well as the TV series. As a kid, I loved that series and I still have a soft spot for it.
I’ve enjoyed webcomics with animals but sadly, most are never finished since that seems to be the nature of webcomics. I guess Inverloch and Strays might almost count as furry webcomics that I read regularly. Off-White would be another but it’s not family friendly.
For seeing redone series with animals rather than humans, I can’t think of any I’d want to change (probably comes from not being a furry) but it might be slightly interesting to see something modern redone with animals since most of the antro stuff I’ve seen is set hundreds of years ago. I have to wonder if some shows like Red Dawn would portray one nationality as a different species.
Yeah, after the modeling that Avatar showed so well I was really hoping for some real-looking “furry” movies and shows to follow; sadly that didn’t happen ;(
Lord of the Rings with animals could be fun.
What species would the different characters be? Would they all be one species or would each character be a separate species.
A movie I would like to see redone with anthros is Star Wars
Hehe, what species would yoda end up being? He already looks like some sort of lizard…
I like Star Wars the way it is but that’s probably because I tend to like sci-fi. There are a fair amount of creatures, especially in the Clone Wars, who would be furry aliens.
I’d like to see the 2011 Thundercats redone with furries. Most of the “cats” looked like elves with a bit of fur and markings.
what movies i’d like to see as anthros…
ALLA DEM! XD
Ha ha ha. There ya go. I’m with Kieth on this.
Yay! I has an idea! xD
