This is a day of mourning. Forty years ago, the United States Supreme Court announced their decision in the infamous case Roe v. Wade, making abortion the law of the land nationwide. Today we discuss this somber topic, and how we have never lived in a different world, and contemplate the irreversible damage this systematic murder has done to our countries in the name of convenience.

Hi everyone!
I had some time on my paws and thought I’d pop in. Yeah, taxes… I have a check to write and I’ve been procrastinatin’. I just don’t know how much it’ll be since income is about half of what it was last year and I’m a lowly student now.
So I have tuned in – and for the record, I’ve never been into a Tim Horton’s before.
I guess the most frequented store I go to is Quality Dairy, and they have pretty good doughnuts and decent coffee… though I make my own cappuccinos and have done so since 1990.
Ahh, Roe versus Wade. Fourty years. and Levi wasn’t around in 1988? Eesh. THANKS a lot for makin’ me feel so old!
R vs W:
I don’t agree with the decision , but neither do I with the decision to let people play legalized killing simulators like HALO, World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, etcetera. Killing for leisure, even if it’s on screen…. Is just chilling. I tried playing Castle wolfenstein and the original DOOM, and just couldn’t find any relaxation in it. Nor do I agree with television entertainment that makes heroes out of serial killers, or the other realistic cop dramas and their fascinaiton with all the ways to murder someone. Yeah. so please consider. It’s a matter of personal accountability, responsibility and discipline. These people who elect for abortion have been given a grim tool , and they will be held accountable when they face God’s judgement.
Hello, Wolvy. I know we’ve posted this episode here and there, so I’m curious to know which method you used to find us. Was it Google+ by any chance? If so I think you’d be the first.
Actually it was Wolfin who wasn’t around in 1988. I’m a little older than that, so you don’t have to feel quite so old.
To be honest, we waited a little while before approving your comment because we wanted to find the best response first. We weren’t comfortable with the comparison between abortion and violent video games. While I think I know what you’re getting at, the comparison seemed to almost trivialize the hundreds of thousands of murders committed each year and that made us uncomfortable. You are right though that the glorification of death and violence in popular media, and the ability to slaughter virtual humans with no fear of consequence, is horrible. It desensitizes people to death and allows them to conclude that human life is cheap.
